Acumen nEHR is a nephrology-specific electronic health record and office communication system. A single software license is granted to the practice; fees are established on a per-provider basis. There are no modules or components as Acumen nEHR is one integrated solution.

Acumen nEHR interfaces with existing practice management software, including scheduling and billing programs. Our software also interfaces with labs, dialysis units, pharmacies, and hospitals to bring critical data into the patient’s primary electronic health record stored in the Acumen nEHR. Data extracted from Acumen nEHR transmits to a national CKD Registry, and is readily formatted for pay-for-quality and pay-for-performance reimbursement initiatives.

Our software is accessed by laptops, desktops, tablets, or PDAs wherever the provider needs access to CKD patient data – literally, from any device having internet access.
